SHIPPING POLICY

We at Labhoosha.com know how important it is to receive your purchased products in the finest condition and also at your expected time, so we use a large network to deliver your products to you in the quickest time possible.

1. All products are shipped from the warehouse located in Ahmedabad (Gujarat, India) to respective shipping address(s) provided by the user/customer/purchaser. As we endeavor to deliver our products all across India, we partner with third party courier services providers to effectuate delivery

2. A standard date of delivery shall be provided to the Users in the order confirmation email. Users are to provide complete street address along with their pin-code details at the time of placing the purchase order.

3. Express Delivery – Want an order delivered faster than the indicative date? Please contact our Customer Support Team and they can assist you with your requirements. An additional express shipping charge may be levied.

4. We do not ship to Post Office Box address(es) and do not take any responsibility for non-delivery of orders in case an order is delivered to P. O. Box and not received by the customer.

5. Orders once confirmed cannot be edited/ modified/ or changed. However, We accept such requests for address change, made within 12 hours of placing the order or from order confirmation. For related concerns and queries, you may reach us to hmstudio108@gmail.com.

6. We aim to keep stock of all products listed on our website. In case you have made payment for a product that is unavailable or would take longer to deliver then, we will make proactive attempts to communicate the User about the delay, within 2 working days, on his/her registered mobile number or email address.

EXCHANGE

labhoosha.com fully responsible what they sell hence we offer easy exchange policy for our valuable customer. We offer our customers a simple, hassle-free, Reverse Pick-up policy. You can conveniently exchange any item within 3 days from the delivery date.

1). All returned items must be unused and unwashed for hygienic reasons; and returned with original packaging and tags in place. Items without tags will not be accepted.

2).Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our team. This is subject to the return having met the following requirements:

-The items should be unused and unwashed.

-The packaging should have the original packaging and tags in place.

-They should be returned within 3 days from the order date. -Any returned item received by us, If that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer without any exchange.

3). Please make sure that the items to be returned needs to be packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.

4.Shipping charges will not be refunded and customers are required to pay for the shipping costs to return the goods to the applicable return address if the pin code is out of pick up location.
